Many customer faced the problem of X axis and Y axis not perpendicular, because of the screw lose, so I would like cheach you how to addjust the Y axis ceossbeam, make the X and Y axis all right. Found the A B C D point of the machine, adjust the machine according to the steps below A)please unfasten C mark screws B)move Y axis E mark to X axis a little(please move according to test,you need to test and try a few times) C)fasten the D,A,B mark screws. Check the effect is good or not by below step: Cut two squre board by our cutting machine rotate one square 90 angle put the two square together(one normal and one rotate 90 angle), if four side superposition,machine is ok.if only two side superposition,you need to adjust the machine again.
